How long does it take to do the actual prints?
It takes only a few minutes to imprint your baby’s hand & foot into the clay or onto a tile.

Is the clay safe for my baby?
The clay is very soft and is a totally organic material, as soon as the prints are taken your baby's hands & feet are wiped clean with a baby wipe.

Is the ceramic paint safe ?
The paints used are designed to be completely user friendly and are easily wiped or washed off.

What happens if my baby starts to cry?
It is a good idea to make sure your baby has been fed recently and it is not too close to their time for a nap, this will aid majority of babies and ensue prints are taken successfully. I work around how the baby is responding and will always allow time for them to feel settled.

How long does a home visit take?
A home visit is approximately one hour long depending on how many mums are present.

When will my order be ready for delivery?
Home visit orders are ready for delivery in approximately 4 weeks.

Is it safe for my order to be posted to me?
Yes all items are individually wrapped and well packed, postage rates are available on request.
